Every computer that we acquire receives a complimentary recycling service. That means that we wipe the hard drive and make sure that your personal information is safe from recovery. We then recycle any parts that are not used in an appropriate recycling center.

To determine the value of your used laptop, we will need the following information.

make and model of the computer
screen size measured diagonally corner to corner
screen type (widescreen or standard)
processor speed if known
amount of memory (ram) installed if known
hard drive capacity if known
is the computer working or not working?
overall condition and wear
included accessories or boxes that you may have
Operating system (Windows version) sticker on bottom?
