New PC Computer

Performance, reliability, and energy efficiency are the key factors that Purple Pine uses when selecting components for building our PCs. While Price is also very important, don’t be fooled by the lower initial cost of a “cheap” PC. A cheap PC can rob you in many ways; extra energy usage, expensive replacement parts, and the lack of installation media are just a few ways that a cheap PC can cost you in the long run.

Purple Pine PCs use components from only some of the most respected PC component manufacturers. We don’t “overclock” our systems, overclocking is a way to squeeze more performance from cheaper components. Reliability and longevity will both be sacrificed when overclocking is used.  Purple Pine sees overclocking as a hobby for PC enthusiasts, not as a method to make cheap computers faster. Most component manufacturers will void the warranty if their parts have been overclocked. We design our systems to meet the maximum performance of the intended specification. We build high performance PCs by using high performance components.
